  It's 1:45 PM, and we just witnessed a Pilot #287...10048 Avon Lake Rd, Burbank, Ohio. ..ckerk treating an almost disabled lady, who was asking for cigarettes prices, in a very unrespectfu manner.
  The clerk, a tall, older lady, with blond hair and a green, bluish tatoo on her neck, was treating the customer badly! The customer approached the cashier's desk and said, "How much are the Newports?" The clerk answered, vociferously, while walking towards the cigarettes wall, "I don't know, I don't smoke, you're the one who should know!" Then she came and gave a price of overr $76 to the customer, which she asked if it was that price because she wanted the other kind. The clerk said, "They're Newports!" Then the lady customer, who could barely talk and hold to her walker, agreed to buy the cigarettes. The clerk got the right Newports and told her it was $50 something!
  Through the whole ordeal, the customer kept her frustration...
  There was also a guy behind the counter, who could have been the manager, but he looked like he didn't care how the cashier was treating the customer.
  We were going to ask for our new Pilot's, professional driver's discount card, but we left instead...not wanting to be the next mistreated customers by the obnoxious Pilot cashier.
