  All these complaints do not get seen by corporate. You have a complaint you need to direct it to corporate. And if your an employee there, they tell you if you call corporate you will lose your job. I've been in this place at night and only 3 people are working and they need more people. Their employees fight in public. Their managers yell at employees in public... they have lots of scheduling issues. Many times their mocha and Cafe machines are down...in the mornings!! However, when their staff is in good moods and their schedule is good.. they do have smiling employees.

  Don't be open 24 hours if you don't do anything at night. Had to wait 10 minutes just to get my order taken. Took another 10 to get my food. Cash only. Like wtf it isn't the 1970s would it be so hard to leave one register open instead having a 90 year old woman using a calculator to total up my order?
