  Super nice people. I had forgotten to say plain for the meal and they fixed it with no question. It was my mistake and they didn't care. That is great customer service right there. Thank you :D

  Went to this location lastnight and it is by far the best service I've ever had at a burger place. They were so polite and worked very hard and the food reflected that. The food is awesome I recommend this place to everyone I know.

  I stop by here about once a month on my drive from Columbus to Cleveland and I look forward to it every time.
  
  A little slow but the food is always fresh off the grill and fryer, and the staff is always nice. Waiting 5-10 minutes is not a problem at all.
  
  The menu is typical to any burger place though the choice of 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 pound burgers is nice depending how hungry you are. And the choice of curly or cut fries is also nice.
  
  Being connected to a Loves Travel Stop is also very convenient.
